Chemical descaling
Chemical descaling consists of bringing the lime scale into contact with a generally acidic agent (descaler). This process makes it possible to eliminate the overconsumption of energy caused by the insulating power of scale and to reduce pressure and flow losses by restoring the initial passage diameter of the pipes. The installation then returns to optimal operating conditions.
Heating networks, air-cooling networks, we work efficiently on your maintenance operations. Descaling is always followed by rinsing and passivation. It is sometimes supplemented by deoxidation.
How to eliminate scale in networks and pipes?
Descaling is carried out in the workshop by immersion in the treatment baths.
On an industrial site, descaling is carried out by circulation inside the networks and by sprinkling with washing heads or by spraying in the different capacities.
Depending on your constraints and the configuration of your installations, our teams offer you the most suitable chemical descaling solution. The descaler used is determined by the nature of the metals that make up the installation, the importance and the nature of the scale.
Our chemical descaling processes are used in compliance with the required standards and specifications.
